Cancel from Billing in the app. The plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, then drops to Free. Nothing is deleted; assets over the Free limit stay readable and exportable but you cannot add more until you upgrade or archive some.
Deleting the account
Write to assetsitz@grandfieldmedia.com. Your workspace and everything in it is removed within 7 days; invoices are kept as long as tax law requires.
Renewal is never silent: the plan page shows the next renewal date at all times, and every charge produces an invoice under Billing → Invoices.
